Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Personal Assistant who will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

 

JOB PROFILE

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Provide administrative support in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
  • Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes.
  • Perform other tasks and related duties as assigned.
  • Manage and maintain sensitive with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist the CEO on the follow up of projects, ensuring timely feedback and update.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as required.
  • Assist with budget preparation, information gathering and data collection.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant qualifications.
  • At least five (5) years of working experience in a similar role, ideally within a large corporation or supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT and Word).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with scheduling techniques and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to details and ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a view to meeting deadlines.
  • Pleasant, easy-going and determined personality.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems.

The salary package will be in accordance with the salary grid of the organisation, the academic qualification and years of experience of the candidate.
