Our Cluster operates within four diversified business units, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the team as Payroll & Administrative Officer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Payroll Analyst in the day to day running of payroll processes though the Dayforce System.
- Maintain accurate employee’s information on payroll system.
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant legislation.
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records for all Business Units.
- Devise systematic monthly HR & Payroll reports for record-keeping purposes and managerial review.
- Coordinate requests for leave and other absences.
- Assist in the learning & development regarding HRDC/MQA submissions and follow up.
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in management preferably in Accounting.
- 5 years track record in a similar role.
- Fluent in MS Excel and Human Resource Information Systems.
OTHER PREREQUISITES
- Good planning and coordinating skills.
- An eye for details
- Holder of a valid driving license.
- Self-starter and ability to be multi tasked.
- Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
