Reporting to the F&B Manager, the selected candidates will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods and desserts in a restaurant, bakery, or other culinary establishments. The role involves a combination of creativity, precision, and knowledge of baking techniques.
What you will be doing:
- Prepare ingredients for production of the day: washing and peeling vegetable, cutting, meat, mainly pastry preparation for patient, cafeteria and special pastry orders.
- Cooking and preparation of the ingredients as per specifications.
- Cleaning up of materials and utensils, together with table and equipment used.
- Always ensure that hygiene is kept to a minimum as per standard required: hand washing, grooming, wearing of gloves.
What are we looking for? - SC Holder/ NTC 3
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ of experience in related field
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry equipment, and ingredients.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.
