We are looking for an experienced and passionate candidate to join our Pastry team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of desserts and pastries
- Work as per the menu specifications and abide to internal food and safety procedures
- Maintain high hygiene standards
- Ensure high standards and quality of Pastries
- Participate in client's presentations
- Report directly to the Bakery Chef
Skills and Experience:
- Valid Food Handlers' Certificate
- Possess a clean certificate of character
- Certification in pastry is preferred
- Proven experience in Pastry or a similar role
- Able to work on shift or roster
- Flexible
- Able to work in a team
