We are looking for an experienced and passionate candidate to join our Pastry team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of desserts and pastries
  • Work as per the menu specifications and abide to internal food and safety procedures
  • Maintain high hygiene standards
  • Ensure high standards and quality of Pastries
  • Participate in client's presentations
  • Report directly to the Bakery Chef
Skills and Experience:
 
  • Valid Food Handlers' Certificate
  • Possess a clean certificate of character
  • Certification in pastry is preferred
  • Proven experience in Pastry or a similar role
  • Able to work on shift or roster
  • Flexible
  • Able to work in a team
