As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be crucial in driving traffic and conversions through effective search engine advertising strategies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Microsoft, and Bing.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google & Microsoft Ads. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies and conducting testing to maximise ROI.
- Provide updates on campaign performance and management to the team and Management.
Strategy:
- Execute and enhance existing SEA strategies by critically assessing current campaigns, challenging the status quo, and implementing innovative approaches to expand market share and improve profitability.
- Own the entire campaign launch process by contributing to landing pages, help crafting compelling ad copy, coordinating reporting with Analytics & Data teams, and conducting audience and competitive research for successful advertising campaigns.
Ad Copy & Creative Development:
- Direct and provide guidelines for the creation of compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and visuals
- Conduct A/B Testing to help refine ad creative and improve campaign performance
Budget Management:
- Set, manage, and optimise advertising budgets to achieve conversion and ROI objectives
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Data Analysis:
- Utilise analytics tools to measure and analyse performance to extract actionable insights to inform optimisations and identify new opportunities based on business data.
- Understand our tools & data flow to be able to identify if something isn't working as expected and needs review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and ad platform changes
Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Identify on-site opportunities and conduct tests across paid marketing efforts to continuously improve results.
- Create, implement, and test copy on landing pages associated with your owned ad efforts.
- Assess & test new advertising channels/platforms and marketing tools.
Cross Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Development, Branding, Design and other teams as needed to support the performance and growth of paid advertising efforts.
- Collaborate with external partnerships as needed to support business needs and growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in paid advertising and search engine marketing
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and performance measurement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
