PR & Communication Officer

QBL is looking for a dynamic PR & Communication Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Relations
1. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
2. Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and announcements.
3. Monitor and analyze media coverage to report on PR campaign results.
4. Handle media inquiries and act as the company spokesperson when required.

2. Public Relations Strategy
1. implement PR strategies that enhance brand awareness and corporate reputation.
2. Organize and coordinate media events, press conferences, and public appearances.

3. Internal & External Communication
1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels (digital, print, social media).
2. Write and edit company newsletters, speeches, website content, and marketing materials.
3. Assist in managing the company’s internal communication strategy to ensure employee engagement.
4. Organize and promote corporate events, launches, and sponsorship activities.
5. Collaborate with external agencies or vendors to ensure successful execution of public events.

4. Reputation Management
1. Monitor public and media sentiment about the company or brand.
2. Ensure the company's image is positively portrayed in the media and public forums.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations.
• Experience in crisis communication and event management is a plus.
