🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a PMO & Quality Engineer to support our Project Management Office (PMO) and oversee quality control processes across our solar PV projects. This is an office-based role, focused on documentation, process optimisation, and knowledge sharing rather than fieldwork.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Project Management Support

• Assist in defining and maintaining project management, engineering, and construction standards.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets while supporting corrective actions.
• Ensure project documentation is up to date and aligned with industry best practices.
• Support the integration of digital tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

✅ Quality Control & Assurance

• Develop and enforce quality control policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Identify areas for improvement and support continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables meet industry benchmarks and client expectations.

✅ Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing

• Assist in developing training materials, SOPs, white papers, case studies, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to disseminate valuable content.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing through workshops and webinars.
• Establish and maintain a knowledge management system.
