Assist the Head of Operations in processing orders and ensuring the smooth running of processes until the delivery of orders and after- sales service.
Job Description:
- Order Processing: Send orders instructions, follow-up on orders, condust order reconciliation
- Garment Stock Management: Follow Up on stock levels, conduct stock meeting with team, send request for replenishments, follow-up on replenishment orders until production completed and delivered to store.
- Tailor Made Garment Production: Request quote, send order requests to production team and follow up orders until delivery to customers
- Complaint Management: Liaise with production team to conduct investigations or any quality issues.
- Assistance to Head of Operations as and when required: Payment Follow-Up, Processing of refunds.
Academic / Professional Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bsc in Operations Management or any related field
Experience:
- Atleast one year in the similar position

- Planning, Organising, Corrdinating, Improving

- Excellent interpersonal skills and Team Player
- Good Presentation Skills (Oral, Written)
