The Lux Collective is hiring for the position of ONLINE AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR at its Regional Headquarters based at Floréal.
- Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to:
- Contribute to the maximisation of rooms’ revenue by identifying up-selling opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently through appropriate intervention and according to The Lux Collective Standard Operating Procedures.(SOPs).
- Ensure that reservation requests are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Liase with our hotels regarding any reservation or customer request.
- Follow up with the Accounts department for payments and ensure that all payment policies are adhered to.
- Maintain and enhance a constant and proactive relationship with existing clients in order to drive sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all The Lux Collective hotels’ portfolio in order to provide adequate information to the clients.
- Compile data and transfer them accurately into the system.
- Ensure that all online bookings are updated and as per SOPs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
- Tertiary Education at Advanced Certificate or Diploma Level majoring in Tourism Management or related fields from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a customer service environment preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Excellent telephone skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French languages. A third language will be a definite advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Fidelio Opera.
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
- Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends and on Public Holidays.
- Clean certificate of character is a must.
