Tianli Construction Co. Ltd, situated at Baie du Tombeau, Grade Large contractor company in the building and civil engineering sector, is looking for: Office Administrator
Main responsibilities:
- Dealing with Insurance broker and applying & renewing insurance for Expatriate employees and vehicles; Apply for Compensation if applicable;
- Making appointment for Vehicle Fitness Test and renewing Road Tax for all vehicles on time;
- Coordinating with Ministry of Labor and PIO and other relevant Government departments for issues concerning expatriates’ employees, dormitories, health & safety issues and replying mails/letters from the aforesaid departments;
- Applying and renewing Lodging Accommodation Permits;
- Applying and renewing work permit of expatriate workers
- Renewing Expatriates employees’ passport before date of expiry and arranging expatriate employees to swear an affidavit if applicable;
- Attending court as a representative of Tianli Construction Co. Ltd for traffic contraventions and Health & Safety Issues concerning projects;
- Making appointment for car servicing/repairing and track process of same and requesting quotation from relevant company and ensuring same would be fulfilled at earliest possibility and at a possibly proper price;
- Calculating Pay Roll for all the employees
- Various ad hoc duties and responsibilities as directed by manager
Qualification:
- HSC or Equivalent
- 1 or 2 years of experience
- A valid motor car driving license would be an advantage
