Nautical Supervisor at Resiglas

This role's purpose is to achieve production objectives by planning, monitoring, and controlling the production line effectively and motivating production workers.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to achieve production objectives through planning, monitoring and controlling the production line to the best and driving production workers to their best.

 Duties & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the production planning with Production Manager
• Report on a daily basis on status of work to the Production Manager.
• Ensure production lead times are respected as per planning
• Monitor labour hours and materials as per bill of materials to avoid wastage.
• Ensure quality standards are respected
• Ensure production staff follow company policies
• Carry out survey for quotation/ guarantee purposes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or any qualifications in the Production related field.
• Good knowledge in boat building

Knowledge and Technical Competencies

• Proficient in boat building
• Knowledge in Fiberglass

Behavioural Competencies

• Communication skills
• Team spirit
