We are currently seeking a passionate Merchandiser to join our our company who will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, including marketing, design, and production, to achieve timely delivery of goods and meet margin goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the sampling approval process, liaising with clients to obtain necessary approvals.
- Analyse customer feedback to anticipate sales trends and seasonal stock demands.
- Lead product development and prepare price proposals for clients.
- Uphold World Knits’ corporate culture and objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the supply chain to fulfil customer needs.
- Monitor the progress of orders from development to completion, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Degree Holder in Marketing or Textile or Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in textile environment
- Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools mainly excel and power query.
- At ease with numbers and data analysis.
