Medical Representative

Medical

Duties:

• Demonstrating and presenting products to healthcare staff mainly doctors and when needed nurses and pharmacists/dispensers using detailing material provided by supplier
• Visiting HCPs regularly as per planning
• Updating regularly the database of doctors and key HCPs and maintain detailed records on visits and important information shared by HCPs
• Attending and organising trade exhibitions, conferences and meeting
• Gather from the trade information related to trends, competition best practices and conduct surveys to evaluate potential of new products and assess market sizes
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Submitting weekly reports on activities and information related to market intelligence
• Assist the pharmacist in preparing the dossier to MOH for the registration of new products
• Assist the pharmacist and the team for the implementation and follow up of all legal requirements imposed by the MOH or Ministry of Commerce

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Report market activity to management.
• Demonstrate team spirit and commitment towards company objectives, team members including Trade Marketers, merchandisers and any other stakeholder involved in the selling process.

 
Requirements:

• HSC or Diploma in Commercial/ Pharmacy
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar position
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent speaking and writing skills (English and French)
