Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Create and develop mechanical systems for building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and energy-efficient systems.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of engineering designs, coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Sustainable Solutions: Integrate sustainable practices into your designs, optimizing energy usage and environmental impact for all projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical, structural, and environmental engineers, to deliver holistic building service solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure designs meet all industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Client Communication: Present concepts and solutions to clients, making complex ideas easy to understand and implement.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronic, or Building Services Engineering.
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within a building services or mechanical consultancy environment.
• Expertise in designing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for a variety of building types.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to sustainable building design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software (such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar) will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A passion for innovation and delivering projects that have a lasting impact.
• Registration with CRPE or the UK Engineering Council will be an advantage
• Holder of a valid driving licence
