We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts.

 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive store traffic, and boost sales. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of retail marketing and consumer behavior.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and in-store promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and digital content.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build and maintain relationships.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, NetSuite, and content management systems.

Hours:

  • Mon to Fri > 08h30 - 17h,
  • Sat > 08h30 > 13h.
  • May be required to do overtime from time to time especially in case of event, trade shows, etc.
