Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will conceive, lead and implement marketing projects, campaigns, develop and partnerships, promote the company’s products and services through a variety of channels, events and media, in order to build and maintain brand awareness, affinity and loyalty.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement validated marketing projects, with an appropriate operational plan.
  • Monitor and report on the success/challenges of the project. 
  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers of marketing supports, promotional products and communication collateral. 
  • Take the lead in monitoring product performance, in defined campaigns and across our product offering, suggesting corrective actions and other ideas where appropriate.
  • Closely follow benchmark competitors and gather client/market feedback. 
  • Take an active role in team brainstorming sessions to generate ideas about new products, services and campaigns.
  • Set campaign goals, aligned with strategic goals and distribution needs. 
  • Execute the campaign in line with re-defined goals, paying close attention to the details of each phase and assess the operational aspects of the campaign.
  • Keep up to date with marketing and communication trends, benchmarking competitors and sector professionals.
  • Work on the marketing activation across various internal and external digital platforms. 
  • Update the company websites, social and intranet platforms systematically and regularly, with enticing content and targeted campaigns/ boosts/promotions.
  • Work actively on the marketing budget, updating various reports/schedules and performing administrative duties where required.
  • Follow the procurement process for department projects, ensuring that the corresponding administration is completed.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing and/or Communication.
  • More than 4 years, in a similar position and preferably in the financial services sector. 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and French).
  • Organisational, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Fully conversant with MS Office Tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
  • Experience in digital marketing and public relations will be advantageous.
