Maintenance Executive

Prepare the Department budget (Capex, Opex etc) Establish cost management plan Manager on refurbishment and rebuilding Manage Roster Establish in line with the quality manager of all quality procedures and follow-up

			
Set the annual operating budget and ensure that it is strictly adhere to and follow up on a monthly basis							
Supervise and control the extra work done by contractors							
Draw up preventive maintenance schedules for every item of mechanical and electrical plant or equipment of all departments, such as Chillers, Boilers and Cooling		\

Monitor and control inventories of work equipment advises Hotel 	

Follow up of the Department Budget on a monthly basis

Maintain accuracy of savings, such as electricity, gas, water supplies, etc.

Ensure that preventive maintenance programme is working satisfactorily and that paperwork and logbooks / sheets for all testing (emergency lighting, fire alarm, sprinkler system) are kept up to date

Ensure regular tests are carried out on water and take appropriate action is taken whenever necessary							
Direct and supervise the day-to-day operations of the general maintenance and repair of the resort							
Establish in line with the quality manager of all quality procedures and follow-up							

Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
