Reporting to the Factory Manager, the Maintenance Engineer will ensure the preventive maintenance of all machineries in the wooden factory
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on specialized woodworking machinery
•Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues in various CNC joinery and furniture manufacturing machines
•Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all factory equipment
•Program, set up, and optimize CNC machines for various wooden furniture components and designs
•Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming issues
•Respond promptly to CNC equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory specific to CNC and other woodworking equipment
•Train operators on proper use of CNC woodworking machinery, basic maintenance procedures, and safe operating practices
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in CNC-driven wooden furniture manufacturing
Qualifications & Experience:
•Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other equivalent
•Minimum 10 years of experience acquired preferably in a manufacturing or woodworking environment
•Proficiency in CNC programming, including G-code and machine-specific languages
