Maintenance Assistant

Casela Ltd. is looking for a highly-motivated and skilled candidate on a full-time basis for the position of Maintenance Assistant

• Electricity – General basic electrical installations, replace of bulbs & electrical equipments and research of fault on circuits
• Plumbing – General plumbing duties including basic installation, unblocking of pipes, replacement of taps and faulty equipments
• Responsible for servicing, testing, repairs of pumps and generators and various electrical equipments
• Conduct carpentry repairs as required
• Perform preparatory work for maintenance activities, including gathering equipment, materials and supplies, loading and unloading materials, and laying out materials and equipment for projects
• Perform a variety of routine physical labor tasks, depending upon area of assignment
• Perform cleanup at the end of the day or when the job is completed, including picking up tools, spills, and debris, cleaning work areas and performing touch-up work as needed
• Deliver maintenance services such as electrical, plumbing and other handyman jobs
• Recording of key information (meter reading for water and electricity…)
• Perform any other cognate duties as may be requested
