Luxury Sales Consultant (Perfume & Make-up)

We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced sales consultant to join our team and help us provide a delightful shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with selecting perfumes that meet their preferences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop.
• Handle transactions and process payments accurately.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Attend to customer inquiries and sales via WhatsApp and social media messenger.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and French.
• HSC or Diploma.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Ability to work on POS.
• Computer literate.
• Well groomed.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 17:30 (1hr break).

Location: Intercontinental Hotel

Have own means of transport .                         

Salary (Rs 21- Rs 30k) will depend on experience and qualifications as well as commissions.
