Logistic Coordinator

We are currently seeking a diligent and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic Logistics team. Our warehouse is based at La Tour Koenig.

The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for managing the movement of goods, materials, and products within the company. This role involves coordinating and optimizing logistics processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery. The Logistic Coordinator will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage the supply chain and distribution operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Delivery Coordination: Arrange and oversee the transportation of goods, coordinating with shops, etc.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control logistics costs, seeking ways to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including customs and import/export requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process, finding solutions to ensure timely delivery.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and any discrepancies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams to coordinate logistics activities and meet customer requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance logistics efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma e in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge: Understanding of logistics processes, transportation modes, and supply chain management principles

Working Conditions

• Environment: Office-based with occasional visits to warehouses, distribution centers, and other logistics facilities.
• Hours: Mon to Fri > 08h30 - 17h30, Sat > 08h30 > 14h30. May be required to do overtime during weekend or Public Holidays.
