Logistic Coordinator

Chartreuse Group is currently seeking for a dynamic and proactive Logistic Coordinator.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Group Transport & Logistic Manager in the daily logistic activities & planning.
2. Monitor Fuel usage and vehicle locations to optimise fleet operations and report anomalies to the Group Transport & Logistic Manager.
3. Provide feedback relating to deliveries.
4. Preparation & communication of reports.
5. Tabulation of logistic cost and share with the Group Transport & Logistic manager for interpretation & decision making.
6. Maintain Accurate records from PO raising to invoiced received.
7. Ensure all invoices are sent to accounts department for payment as per term agreed with service provider.

• Profile

1. Proven experience in a similar position (minimum 3 years)
2. Strong analytical and organisation skills
3. Valid driving license, will be advantage
4. Clean of certificate of Caracter
5. Priority will be given to candidates living in the nearby vicinity
