The Leasing Analyst will ensure a seamless and efficient credit vetting process for leasing requests. He/she will play a pivotal part in guiding and coaching sales support teams to build comprehensive client files and complete KYC requirements with precision.

 

Responsibility

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain sales logs and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Review application files to ensure completeness and accuracy, ensuring mandatory documents are included before submission for credit approval.
  • Monitor approval conditions, update trackers, and oversee the resolution of pending issues to ensure seamless processing.
  • Liaise with credit underwriting and operations teams, addressing queries promptly to drive operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a consistent, high level of service for clients and business partners.
  • Leverage market knowledge and emerging trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive customer-centric improvements.
  • Collaborate with supporting business units to continuously enhance end-to-end processes, ensuring faster and more efficient service delivery.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of the local corporate market, diverse industries, and the regulatory framework
  • Drive the growth of business referrals through proactive relationship management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business partners to anticipate and meet their service expectations effectively.

Profile
  • A degree in management, business administration or any relevant fields would be an advantage.
  • 3 years working experience in the financial sector
  • Understanding of the leasing products and dealership market
  • Proven experience in dealing with SME and corporate clients’ profile and requirements.
  • A proven record of working with a wide range of digital products, services and processes
  • IT skills (Microsoft office) with excellent excel knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & French)
  • Good negotiation skills and business knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of Financial and Banking industries
  • Analytical skills to understand Financials
  • Understanding of Regulatory guidelines and credit risk policies
  • Understanding risk including credit risk
