Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Partner.
Main responsibilities:
•Coordinate all training activities at internal and group level, in line with the corporate policies and group standard and the budget,
•Organize and deliver internal trainings together with HODs while ensuring that the Business Unit’s standards are in line,
•Organize and animate on-boarding sessions for new recruits, ensuring their integration through orientation, mentoring and establish regular meetings during first month,
•Follow up of all training programs and provide required support & assistance,
•Participate in L&D meetings, conferences, job fairs and related activities,
•Keep record of training development programs,
•Close follow-up of HRDC processes and refunds,
•Participate actively in all social media activities pertaining to L&D,
•Prepare Training needs analysis through evaluations and job analysis,
•Assist in audit exercises,
•Preparation and follow-up of training budget,
Qualifications and profile:
•Degree holder in HRM or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in the tourism industry,
•Knowledge in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Safety & Health & Sustainability Concepts, IT Software mainly Sicorax HR
•Ready to perform odd and flexible hours of work, including Sunday, Public Holidays.
•Proactive, highly motivated, energetic and extrovert personality,
•Strong communication and presentation skills with a fluency in English & French.
•Coaching & Leadership skills, detail oriented and excellent organizational skills with a people-oriented focus,
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
