We are actively looking for a Spa Manager, s/he should maximize customer satisfaction by providing an efficient guest contact function that addressed the day to day needs for the hotel’s guest.
The SPA Manager should ensure that all Operation Procedures, all check-lists, codes of conduct, standard of treatments, services set down by the Hotel are adhered to and are complied with by all the SPA employees.
The Spa Manager deals with administrative duties in a professional way and be informed of competitors.
Provides consistent professional spa massage and body treatments compliant with spa protocols and accepted documentation practices
Establishes and maintains effective relationship
Informs departments concerned about specific needs or any disfunctionments, including all furniture and fittings and equipment, housekeeping or others and ensure to do the follow up.
Assumes overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure that facilities and equipment are clean, in good condition and well maintained at all times
Handles guests’ queries and concerns efficiently and politely
Supervises the overall activities of the SPA department including the Hairdressing saloon.
Is responsible for the safety of the Guests and the Hosts
Is responsible for the smooth operation of the Spa and Hairdressing Saloon
Monitors activities and particularly guests’ requests and complaints if any
Maintains and improves quality of the services of the spa, in order to satisfy our Guests
Contributes actively to reach established budgets
Aims at an optimal satisfaction of the Guest, in the respect of standards
Identifies training need, develops formal training plans and implements training sessions
Schedules and regularly conducts routine inspections of SPA
Participates actively, monitors and controls the inventories and stocks of products, operating equipment and supplies
Ensures that the stock of products, accessories and supplies are always planned well in advance and available at the spa even when not on duty
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by the General Manager
Contributes actively not only delegating. Gives support in each and every task assigned to his/her subordinate
Draws the monthly team members’ roster basing himself/herself on the hotel occupancy and in a fair and equitable manner
May be called upon at times to perform other related tasks not specifically included in this description
