LPG Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Operational coordination:

• Oversee all aspects of LPG operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from receipt, storage, to distribution.
• Ensure all operations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

🚨 Safety and Compliance:

• Promoting a strong safety culture through implementing and enforcing robust safety protocols to safeguard staff and assets.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, proactively identifying risks and optimizing safety practices.
• Keep up to date with health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure full compliance.

📊 Process Optimization and Reporting:

• Monitor and assess operational performance, continually looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Develop and maintain clear, effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimal LPG operations.
• Maintaining accurate records of operations, including inventory tracking, incident reports and compliance documentation.
• Prepare operational performance reports for management review.

📝Security & Contractor Coordination:

• Ensure adherence to security procedures and ISPS security standards.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors working at the terminal, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Issue work permits and verify that pre-job requirements are met.

🌟 Team Coordination and Training:

• Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to provide guidance to LPG operations staff.
• Ensure training needs on procedures, safety and compliance are addressed in a timely manner.
• Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

Who We're Looking For:

🎓 Education:

• A diploma or degree in engineering, process technology, or a related field. Additional certification in LPG handling or operations is a big plus!

💼 Experience:

• At least 3-5 years in process operations, plant management, or a related field with a track record of leadership.
• Experience supervising teams and managing complex operations will set you apart.

⚙️ Skills & Attributes:

• Comfortable working in a facility environment with industrial hazards and varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to be on-call, and to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.

💰 What we offer:

• Starting salary Rs 35,000 (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)
