Roles & Responsibilities
Data /Contract verification
- Validation of compulsory documents.
- Scrutinize all policyholder’s information with an objective to be aligned with data format standard of the company.
New policyholder Communication
- Communicate the services offered to the new sign up clients.
- Explain our Rules, Terms and Conditions to the new clients
Follow-up / Referrals
- Follow up with clients for referrals
Reporting
- Daily reporting on Quality Call to reporting line.
- Generate occurrence report on a monthly basis
Qualifications & Requirements
- Higher School Certificate
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Previous experience in call centre environment.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- IT literate -Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Working Hours: 08.30-16.30 Weekdays only.
