Roles & Responsibilities

Data /Contract verification

  • Validation of compulsory documents.
  • Scrutinize all policyholder’s information with an objective to be aligned with data format standard of the company.

New policyholder Communication

  • Communicate the services offered to the new sign up clients.
  • Explain our Rules, Terms and Conditions to the new clients

Follow-up / Referrals

  • Follow up with clients for referrals

Reporting

  • Daily reporting on Quality Call to reporting line.
  • Generate occurrence report on a monthly basis

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Higher School Certificate
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Previous experience in call centre environment.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • IT literate -Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • Working Hours: 08.30-16.30 Weekdays only.
