Junior IT Analyst

Working along with the IT Support Analyst in the day to day activities.

Duties:

•  Stay updated on tech trends: Follow the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform, automation, and data visualization to propose innovative solutions.
• Develop automation solutions: Design and implement Power Automate flows to streamline business processes, such as data entry and notifications.
• Create Power BI dashboards: Build interactive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and support decision-making.

Skills and Requirements:

• Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional projects.
• Testing Procedures: Knowledge of unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure application reliability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
