Internal Operations Analyst

CG Re (Africa) Ltd is the head office based in Mauritius. It is licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. Launched in 2015, CG Re (Africa) Ltd started its operations to provide best-in-class reinsurance broking services to African businesses.

As an Internal Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Compliance Team and be responsible of both Internal Audit and Compliance.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To assist in the conduct of internal audits ;
• To conduct reviews and assess if policies and procedures are being adhered to;
• To assist in the onboarding of clients and team members;
• To conduct KYC reviews and screening on stakeholders;
• To do follow up as and when required;
• To assist other teams in the event where they require any information or input from the compliance department;
• To assist in the record keeping of documents;
• Any other tasks as may be required.

Your Profile:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or any other related field;
• Excellent academic results (SC and HSC results will also be taken into account);
• Interested in the compliance field;
• Fast learner and willingness to learn and adapt;
• Excellent level of English and French both written and spoken.
