Insolvency Manager

We are looking for an Insolvency Manager who will be responsible for the Day to Day Management of a portfolio of cases from cradle to grave including Administrations, Liquidations and Bankruptcies.

Description:

The Insolvency Manager is responsible for managing many essential day-to-day components of insolvency assignments.

 The Responsibilities:

• Day to Day management of a portfolio of cases from cradle to grave including Administrations, Liquidations and Bankruptcies.
• Ensure all matters are compliant in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders, creditors and other advisors.
• Preparation of draft correspondence, draft reports and draft presentations.
• Undertaking investigative work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent estate.
• Participate in client meetings.
• Participate in strategy discussions with supervisors and partners.

 The Requirements:

•  Possess a bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification (ACA or ACCA).
• At least 5 years’ experience in a restructuring and insolvency team.
• Experience in fully managing a variety of projects and engagements.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior staffs.
