Job Purpose:
We are looking for a meticulous Immigration Administrator to guide clients through all procedures required to ensure their successful immigration and relocation to Mauritius. The Immigration Administrator will be responsible for furnishing clients with relevant information, completion of documentation, reviewing the accuracy and validity of the documents and submitting data on behalf of individuals through the Economic Development Board (EDB) Portal. This is an excellent role for somebody with experience in the relocation / permit process for Mauritius with a passion for detail, reporting and tracking data and results.
Major Accountabilities:
- Keeping up-to-date with changes and amendments to the Immigration laws in Mauritius
- Providing clients with all pertinent documentation and guidance for visa application processes
- Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time
- Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents
- Data capturing on the EDB Portal in a timely manner
- Maintaining and managing communication with third party partners and suppliers
- Implementing a defined process for submission of visa applications to the Economic Development Board (EDB)
- Promptly preparing visa application packs for submission ahead of appointment date
- Advising clients on medical checkups and any other procedures required
- Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
- Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays
- Assist with the day to day office admin tasks
- Excellent Excel skills required
- Provide administrative support to the Immigration business (agreements, reporting , financials etc)
- Engagement with vendors and suppliers in Mauritius
Knowledge:- Degree in law, international relations, or similar is preferred.
- Experience as an Immigration Administrator, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to Mauritius.
- Strict observance of all applicable deadlines.
- Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.
- Previous experience in working in a rapidly scaling business would be an advantage

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate has a degree in BA Degree in Law / Human Resource Management / Marketing and Business Administration / any other related field.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 1 - 2+ years working experience in Immigration / Tourism / Administration
