Identity and Access Management Administrator
Job description
JOB PURPOSE:
The Identity and Access Management Administrator (IAM Administrator) is responsible for maintaining users access to IT application systems and ensuring timely processing of requests in compliance with applicable policies/processes and procedures. The IAM Administrator analyses and processes requests to access application systems, including creation, deletion and modification of user IDs and associated entitlements.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provisioning and de-provisioning of access to applications systems as per established policies/processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of access requests and approvals
- Process application parameter updates as per established procedures
- Provide support and guidance to employees on security controls to maintain secure and compliant operations
- Handle escalated inquiries and support tickets in a timely manner.
- Abide by IT and Cybersecurity policies and processes
- Any other duties within the IT GRC and Cybersecurity division.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, team-oriented, and easily adapt to a complex environment
- Excellent English communication skills written and spoken, able to translate business request into technical requirements
- Willing to work from 10h to 19h and Public Holidays*
- A strong focus on accuracy and organization in daily task
- Self-starter, ready to accept new challenges and takes ownership
- Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes in order to support and use emerging technologies in banking environment.
