The IT System Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the systems according to the requirements and internal procedures.

 

The IT System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the systems respond to the needs of both internal and external users, both on the client side and on the server side. He/She should, likewise, periodically review the configurations to identify possible points of improvement in them.

As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Microsoft client operational systems Installation and Configuration (W11).
  • Microsoft server operational systems Installation and Configuration (W2022).
  • Linux OS Server configuration and administration (Ubuntu).
  • Domain’s creation & administration and domain policies deployment.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software to all users.
  • Patch and Backup management procedures.
  • Maintain the inventory of assets up to date.
  • Contact clients and IT vendors when necessary.
  • Create and update technical procedures.
  • Review the IT systems periodically to check the compliance of policies and procedures.
 
If you want this position to be yours, here is what we are looking for in a candidate:
  • Degree in Computer Science/IT or any relevant certifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced knowledge on client operational system configuration (W11) [Mandatory]
  • Advanced knowledge on server operational system configuration and administration (W2012 and later, Linux Ubuntu) [Mandatory]
  • Advanced knowledge on Microsoft domain controller administration (W2012 and later Domain controller) and domain policies [Mandatory]
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good level of English (spoken and written)
  • Able to work under pressure and work with a team
  • Ability to solve problems of different nature (be resolutive)
  • Available to travel
