IT Support Officer

We are looking for an IT Support Officer with minimum of 2 years experience to join our IT Department.

Job Description:

1. Provide technical support to end users.
2. Install and configure IT Equipment’s and end user/system software as per company group policies and procedures
3. Ensuring Backup of Servers and application
4. Create/Manage user on Active Directory
5. Access to users of File Server
6. Maintaining the IT Park of Betonix Ltd
7. Creation of email on O365 for new joiner
8. Assist the IT Manager in Managing VMware technologies, Veeam backup, deployment of Antivirus
9. Any other assigned duties by the IT Manager

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in IT
2. Minimum 2 years working experience.
