As an IT Support Trainee, you will provide first-level user support, assist in troubleshooting technical issues, and contribute to the maintenance and configuration of IT systems.

Your role:

1st Level Support

• Identify and diagnose user issues.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate to ICT Technicians as necessary.

Assist ICT Technicians in:

Laptop/PC Support:

• Installing and configuring operating systems.

• Deploying standard software.

• Configuring user devices and profiles.

• Printer Support:

• Installation and power checks.

• Verifying network connections.

• Liaising with suppliers for technical issues.

• Telephony Support:

• Configuring and troubleshooting office desk phones.

• Managing mobile phone configurations.

Network Support:

• Checking telephone and network connections.

• Resolving Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

• Inventory Management

• Follow equipment scrapping procedures.

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory list.

• Standardize laptop naming conventions.

Your profile:

• Certificate/Diploma in IT.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive team player with excellent time management skills.
