DTOS Ltd seeks an IT Digital Operation Lead who will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, enhancing performance, and driving efficiency in digital initiatives.

 

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of digital platforms, ensuring their smooth functioning and optimal performance

  • Work closely with leadership and digital teams to implement the company’s digital strategy

  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and security through ongoing monitoring and maintenance

  • Manage seamless integration of new digital solutions and continuous improvement of existing systems

  • Develop and enforce governance standards, including policies, procedures, and documentation

  • Lead digital transformation projects, from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Coordinate with service providers and manage audit processes, including internal, external, and client-related activities

  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital operations and provide regular reports to stakeholders

  • Serve as the escalation point for technical issues on digital platforms

  • Oversee the management and governance of business data, ensuring accurate analysis, extraction, and reporting

  • Implement policies to secure and manage data integrity across systems

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in managing digital projects and leadership roles

  • Strong experience and knowledge in ERP implementation & configuration, SQL Database

  • Strong knowledge of coding standards and methodologies

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology

  • Experience in business intelligence and reporting using Power BI, PowerApps, ODATA, adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

  • Has a proven track record of providing technical consultancy and delivering complex, full life-cycle implementation, extensibility, integration, data migration

  • Strong vendor management and project leadership skills.
