We’re Hiring: Driver & Lorry Helper

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicles, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Plan efficient routes to meet schedules while minimizing fuel consumption.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation.
• Assist with loading/unloading and ensure cargo is securely transported.
• Coordinate with maintenance for regular vehicle servicing.

Lorry Helper Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Secure cargo and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Help drivers with navigation, route planning, and vehicle inspections.
• Provide professional customer service during interactions.
• Perform manual labor tasks, including operating hand trucks and handling heavy items.

Requirements for Lorry Helpers

• Physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor.
• Familiarity with loading/unloading equipment and cargo handling techniques.
• Teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in logistics operations.
