Health & Safety Officer (Part Time)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Health & Safety Officer to support Radisson Blu Azuri Resort & Spa and Radisson Blu Poste Lafayette Resort & Spa in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with local laws and industry standards.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Organize and conduct training sessions on fire safety, first aid, personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency response.
• Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and training sessions.
• Liaise with management and employees to promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace.
• Ensure that emergency procedures, including fire evacuation plans, are up to date and effectively communicated.
• Monitor and ensure the availability of first aid kits, safety equipment, and personal protective gear.
• Stay updated with changes in health and safety legislation and make necessary adjustments to company policies.
