KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and Execute Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven marketing plan targeting customer acquisition, and brand enhancement in the African region, ensuring all initiatives resonate with local markets and cultures.
Market Analysis and Insight: Analyse emerging trends, competitor behavior, emerging technologies, and behavioral changes among potential customers, to promote growth opportunities and innovation in the marketing strategies. Adapt campaigns to leverage local insights and preferences.
Optimising Financial Performance Through Strategic Marketing Alignment: Develop and manage a budget-focused P&L report, ensuring that the marketing plan is strategically aligned with financial goals, and maximize return on investment (ROI) for every resource allocated.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Design and oversee cross-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (“Search Engine Optimization” SEO, “Pay-Per-Click” PPC, Social Media, Google Ads, Content Marketing) and offline platforms aimed at attracting new players and increasing brand visibility.
Optimisation of Conversion Channels: Analyse customer journeys and optimise conversion funnels to enhance user experience and maximise acquisition rates.
Leadership:Lead multiple key departments, including SEO, Online Marketing , Social Media Strategy, and Offline Marketing, ensuring cohesive strategies are developed and executed effectively across all channels.
KPI Setting and Tracking: Establish performance indicators and reporting systems for all marketing efforts. Regularly analyse campaign efficacy and customer behavior data to optimise strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
Budget Oversight: Develop, manage, and allocate the marketing budget effectively across all departments to maximize ROI. Conduct regular audits of spending and adjust tactics based on performance analysis.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability, enabling team members to thrive and deliver exceptional results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Product Development, Customer Service, and Compliance to ensure strategic alignment and enhance customer experience through all touchpoints.
Brand Building and Compliance:
Brand Positioning: Further establish and strengthen STM's brand identity as a market leader in the iGaming industry, ensuring all marketing initiatives reflect brand values and comply with regulatory standards countries and markets STM operates.
Responsible Gaming Advocacy: Be the champion responsible for gaming practices in all marketing activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and ethical standards while promoting safe gaming experiences.
