Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
  • Craft innovative cocktails and refreshing beverages to delight our guests.
  • Manage stock levels, place orders, and maintain inventory control.
  • Train, supervise, and inspire bar staff to deliver top-tier service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including hygiene.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to design seasonal menus and special promotions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a bartender, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or head bartender role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
