Preferred Technical Skills:
- Proficient in NC2 Bar, hotel operations, and flaring skills.
- Strong in math, micros/cash register usage, and multitasking.
- Good communication skills, extroverted personality, and excellent presentation.
- Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and customer service.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and coaching abilities.
Main Scope of Job:
- Lead the bar and waiting staff, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Focus on creating personalized guest experiences and preventing wastage.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Personnel and Staff:
- Conduct training, develop bar staff, and maintain proper grooming.
- Foster teamwork and punctuality while coaching and integrating new team members.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Promote hotel image and uphold high standards of hygiene and service.
- Ensure bar stock is maintained, conduct inventories, and suggest improvements to increase sales.
- Handle guest interactions professionally, anticipate their needs, and promote loyalty.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints, ensuring compliance with billing and ordering standards.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of bar areas, equipment, and staff safety protocols.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and incidents are reported.
