We are looking for a professional hardware shop assistant to help clients identify and buy products they want. The responsibilities mainly include selling, record of sales on system and restocking.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm welcome
Ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Interact with clients and accurately describe product functions and benefits
Maintain proper store condition and visual merchandising standards
Maintain a fully stocked store
Recommend and display items that match clients needs
Actively involved in the receiving of new products
Ensure proper recording of sales on the system.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in the same field is required
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good team spirit, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking abilities.
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice
