We are looking for a professional hardware shop assistant to help clients identify and buy products they want. The responsibilities mainly include selling, record of sales on system and restocking.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm welcome
  • Ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Interact with clients and accurately describe product functions and benefits 
  • Maintain proper store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain a fully stocked store
  • Recommend and display items that match clients needs
  • Actively involved in the receiving of new products
  • Ensure proper recording of sales on the system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the same field is required
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good team spirit, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice
