Knowledge in Electrician,Plumber, Painter  with responsibility in maintenance and repair for more than 2 years                                                                                                                                          Working experience in related field at least for 1 year                                                                           Fluent in English and French

Roles & responsibilities 

• Carry out all maintenance, repair services as instructed by superiors and perform regular checks as per standards
• Provide maintenance in areas required and attends to repairs effectively and efficiently
• Report and carry out all corrective actions in areas required and give feedback
• Fill in all paperworks as required
• Monitor electricity consumption
• Install new electrical equipment/appliances as instructed and as per safety regulations
• Check all plumbing installations as required
• Unclog drains whenever required
• Apply decorative and protective finishes to the interior and exterior walls, doors, windows and other surfaces of buildings and equipment, after cleaning and preparing surfaces
• Carry out on all varnishing works
• Carry out any corrective action in related field immediately.
• Assist in providing maintenance for repairs
