The Human Resources and Talent Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, staff development, and employee relations for a workforce of 120 employees.

 

Duties:

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to hiring, ensuring alignment with the organization's needs and values.

 

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.

 

  • Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.

 

  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems to ensure high standards of employee performance.

 

  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure that HR policies are up-to-date, compliant with legal standards, and effectively communicated to staff.

 

  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

 

  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and reports, utilizing HR information systems for data analysis and informed decision-making.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the non-profit or child care sector.

- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in HR Information System and Microsoft Office tools.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
