We are in search of a dedicated and seasoned HR and Talent Executive to become part of our HR team. The preferred applicant will possess a robust experience as an HR generalist, with experience in payroll processing.

 

Location: Phoenix and Pailles

Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and seasoned HR and Talent Executive to become part of our HR team. The preferred applicant will possess a robust experience as an HR generalist, with experience in payroll processing. This role is located at our Phoenix office, however, frequent visits to our Pailles Business Units (BUs) will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations within designated BUs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions while working alongside the BU Leaders and Hiring Managers.
- Be the single point of contact between your BUs and the payroll department for monthly payroll processing. 
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures whenever required
- Work closely with department managers to identify training and development needs for employees and any Talent Management initiative whenever required. 
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations
- Be the single point of contact for all audits pertaining to assigned BUs. 
- Be part of the company's welfare committees and be accountable for the organising the events including CSR with the organising team. 
- Manage day to day work of HR Coordinator. 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multi-site organisation 
- Proven track record of building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Valid driving licence
