We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Training Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role combines HR administrative tasks with the development and coordination of training programs to enhance employee performance, engagement, and skills development.

 

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth integration process and adherence to company culture.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, addressing employee concerns and resolving HR-related issues.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and attendance tracking systems.
  • Help organize employee welfare programs and events.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Training & Development Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and developing training plans in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage internal and external training sessions and workshops.
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and other learning resources.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, performance assessments, and other metrics.
  • Ensure all employees receive the necessary training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support for training programs, including tracking attendance and maintaining training records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or training roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, Learning Management Systems).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and development.
