Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond effectively to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform related administrative duties (contract of employment, disciplinary letters, minutes of meeting, follow up of Food Handlers’ certificate & Certificate of character, etc.
  • Maintain and update personnel records; Digital & Physical (Professionally organize, file and ensuring all documents are up to date).
  • Assist in the training process and follow up with MQA & HRDC.
  • Responsible for uniform management and ensuring proper stock count.
  • Active participation in staff welfare activities
Profile
  • HSC or Diploma in Management or Human Resource Management 
  • Reliable, with a team spirit and ‘Can do’ attitude.
  • Meticulous and well-organized person.
  • Able to work in team & trustworthy.
  • Mastery of MS Office
  • Fluent in both English and French (Written and spoken)
