Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond effectively to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform related administrative duties (contract of employment, disciplinary letters, minutes of meeting, follow up of Food Handlers’ certificate & Certificate of character, etc.
- Maintain and update personnel records; Digital & Physical (Professionally organize, file and ensuring all documents are up to date).
- Assist in the training process and follow up with MQA & HRDC.
- Responsible for uniform management and ensuring proper stock count.
- Active participation in staff welfare activities
Profile
- HSC or Diploma in Management or Human Resource Management
- Reliable, with a team spirit and ‘Can do’ attitude.
- Meticulous and well-organized person.
- Able to work in team & trustworthy.
- Mastery of MS Office
- Fluent in both English and French (Written and spoken)
