Your responsibilities within our Tribe

HR Systems Management:

  • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of HRIS systems.
  • Ensure data integrity within the HR systems, including employee records, payroll data, and benefits information.
  • Provide support and training to employees on HR systems usage.

Payroll Processing:

  • Manage payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR team to ensure accurate processing of employee benefits and deductions.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll-related queries.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities and internal stakeholders.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and tax regulations related to payroll and HR systems.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, such as tax filings, benefits contributions, and other statutory reports like PAYE, NPF etc via MNS
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

HR Operations Support:

  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR systems.

Any cognate duties as and when required.


Your distinctive profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR systems management and payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sicorax.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
