Route Twenty Six Co Ltd (Nextep Home Solutions) is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering excellence in our field. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team and support our HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Onboarding and Induction: Facilitate new employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Expat Management:
    • Handle work, residence and occupational permit applications, renewals, and compliance for expatriate employees.
    • Assist expatriates with accommodation arrangements and overall welfare.
    • Serve as a liaison between expatriates and relevant authorities for documentation and other requirements.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Payroll and Attendance: Assist in payroll processing, track attendance, and manage leave records.
  • Performance Management Support: Assist in the performance appraisal process and provide necessary guidance to employees and managers.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Compliance and HR Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • General HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing expatriate employees is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of Mauritian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to communicate in Hindi would be an advantage
