Main Duties and Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition:

•Develop and implement innovative employer branding strategies to enhance visibility and position the company as an employer of choice.
•Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth hiring process and seamless onboarding of new employees.

 HR Operations & Compliance

•Oversee end-to-end HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.
•Assist the Training & Capability Building Manager in designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
•Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.
•Handle attendance management and payroll administration, ensuring timely processing.

 Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

•Work closely with Area and Restaurant General Managers to foster an optimum work environment through proactive HR support and open communication.
•Address HR-related queries professionally, resolving issues in a timely manner.
•Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

 HR Reporting & Performance Management

•Generate HR reports and analytics, using data insights to drive decision-making and track key HR metrics.
•Support and guide managers in performance reviews, providing coaching and constructive feedback to employees.

 HR Projects & Policy Execution

•Actively participate in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources, with a solid understanding of HR functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and labor regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
